In need of a laugh? Check out these police wife memes that will help you lighten up… and remind you you are absolutely not alone!
I have to admit, when I’m in a bad mood, sometimes the best cure is finding something that makes me laugh.
Whether it’s because I’m struggling with parenting or just life in general at that moment, it’s nice to know I’m not alone in my struggles. And it’s especially nice to find the humor in them.
Sometimes finding the humor in those things is just what I need to take the edge off. It helps me take a breath and move forward, knowing that this, too, shall pass.
After all, if others have gotten through it, why not me?
So when I’m feeling grumpy and taking myself way too seriously, off to Pinterest and/or Buzzfeed I go.
But seriously, if you’re currently in the middle of a tough day, check these police wife memes out. Heck, even if it’s a normal day, you deserve a laugh 🙂
Funny Police Wife Memes For When You’re Having a Tough Day
Ain’t that the truth?
Text: “I don’t always wake early, but when I do it’s because he can’t find part of his uniform.”
Oh for heaven’s sake just let me sleep.
Gospel truth.
Text: She is clothed in thin blue line gear and laughs as she rearranges the schedule -Police Wife 24:7
So true, man!
So much work goes into the smallest tasks sometimes…
Text: Someone’s pooping Image: Duty belt loops
This made me laugh way more than it should have.
#truethat
Text: Being married to a cop has its downsides, but the uniform… not one of them!
Just saying… the whole idea of “there’s something about a man in uniform” is a cliche for a reason!
Kind of a “laugh and cry at the same time” kind of meme.
Text: Oh, your husband doesn’t work this holiday? Neither does mine! Said no police wife ever.
Never ever.
May I ask who this really punishes? *cries*
Text: When your officer takes away the kids’ screen time as punishment… right before leaving for work. What did I ever do to you?
Like, now what are we supposed to do?
And then when he’s home, having to share.
Text: Me: It’s so hard to sleep when you’re done on nights! Also me, taking up the whole bed:
It’s a little harder earlier on, but eventually it becomes almost harder to have to share the bed. Sometimes.
Ha, funny – never heard that one before.
Text: When your officer tells someone they’re police and they respond with raising their hands saying “I didn’t do it!” [forced laughter]
Who that?
Text: Me when someone calls my officer’s coworkers by their first name: who’s that?
I have never heard that name in my whole life.
Oh, [LASTNAME]? Oh sure, I know them. They’re like family.
Oops 🙂
I don’t like you.
Text: When someone talks crap about law enforcement in front of you
Image: Angry girl
Especially annoying when they KNOW you’re a police wife and choose to talk crap anyway.
Look, I know police wife life gets hard at times – but finding whatever humor you can in it is a GREAT way to overcome your difficulties!
